Guilsborough Academy has been developing the student use of Tablets and Netbooks to support learning across the curriculum since 2010. Netbook schemes have evolved in to a Tablet scheme with changes in technologies. From September 2016 the Academy is developing a Bring-Your-Own-Tablet scheme with Year 7 students. An overwhelming majority of students have participated in the Netbook and Tablet schemes in previous years, and we wish to continue this level of engagement in the Bring-Your-Own-Tablet scheme for the upcoming Year 7.

Cloud storage has allowed students to easily access their school work on any device in school or at home. Through Microsoft Advantage students are able to install Office 365 on to any of the devices they use either at home or in school.
