Spreading Cheer: Festive Hampers for Daventry Food Bank
This festive season, our students from Years 7 to 13 once again embraced the spirit of giving by creating incredible Christmas hampers to support Daventry Food Bank.
Continuing what has become a proud annual tradition, the hampers were dropped off on Wednesday 11th December, ready to bring much-needed joy and comfort to the local community during this special but often challenging time of year.
The creativity and care that went into designing the hampers was truly outstanding, with each tutor group striving to make their contributions practical yet beautifully festive. Special congratulations to the winning tutor group, who stood out for their thoughtful touches and teamwork – well done!
The Winning Tutor Groups:
7MBU - Miss Burnage
7SPR - Mr Spiller
7BRK - Mrs Barker
10DRE - Mr Reynolds
12EPU - Mrs Mellowship
13HTG - Miss Heritage
We also extend our deepest gratitude to the parents and carers who generously donated items to support this initiative. Your contributions played a crucial role in helping us continue this tradition and ensuring the Food Bank can bring light and warmth to those who need it most.
Thank you to everyone involved for making this year’s hampers another shining success. Together, we’ve shown how a simple act of kindness can create a lasting impact.
