In Terms 3 and 4 , Year 10 Creative iMedia students will focus on Digital Animations, following the OCR J834 specification. Food science: students will learn about Gelatinisation, Dextrinisation, Carmelisation and the development of Gluten as well as different kinds of raising agents. |
