Please refer to the following FAQs. If you have any additional queries then please reach out directly to our SEND Administrator - Miss Niamh Bagnall-Scott (SENDAdministrator@guilsborough.northants.sch.uk):

What should parents/carers do if their child has a medical condition?

Parents/carers should provide the school with sufficient and up-to-date information about their child’s medical needs. This may also include notifying the school in the first instance that their child has a medical condition and cooperating with the school to support their child.

What will Guilsborough Academy do if your child has a medical condition?

If your child has a medical condition which affects their learning or access to education, please discuss directly with the school. We will work with you and any relevant health professionals to implement an effective health plan. A medical condition such as diabetes is not considered to be a special educational need.
